Morgan’s Havana Home Target Of Gunfire From Car

HAVANA, Sept. 3 (Reuters)—Two men fired shots from a passing car at the suburban home of Maj. William Morgan formerly of Toledo, the American whom Premier Fidel Castro credited with defeating a Dominican conspiracy against his government last month.

            Nobody was reported hurt.

Police said the two gunmen got away but the driver of the car was caught nearby. He said two unknown men had taken his car away at gunpoint.
