ARMY SGT. EDWARD J. ANGUIANO, 24, Brownsville, Texas - assigned to the 3rd Combat Support Battalion out of Fort Stewart, Georgia - Status changed from MIA/DUSTWUN (Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown) to killed in action. Sgt. Anguiano went missing after his convoy was ambushed March 23, 2003 in Iraq. His remains were recovered April 24, 2003

PVT. RUBEN ESTRELLA-SOTO, 18, El Paso, Texas - assigned to the 507th Maintenance Company - Status changed from MIA/DUSTWUN (Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown) to killed in action. Pvt. Estrella-Soto was declared Missing in Action after an Iraqi ambush at Nasiriya on March 23, 2003

SPC. EDGAR HERNANDEZ, 21, Mission, Texas - assigned to the 507th Maintenance Company - Status changed from POW to rescued safely. Spc. Hernandez had been declared POW after an Iraqi ambush at Nasiriya on March 23, 2003. He was rescued safely on April 13, 2003.

PFC. FRANCISCO A. MARTINEZ-FLORES, 21, of Los Angeles, California - assigned to the 1st Tank Battalion, 1st Marine Division, Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California - Status changed from MIA/DUSTWUN (Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown) to killed in action. Pfc. Francisco A. Martinez-Flores was declared Missing in Action after his unit was finished conducting convoy operations in the vicinity of the Euphrates River on March 25. His remains were recovered on March 28, 2003.

CHIEF WARRANT OFFICER JOHNNY VILLAREAL MATA, , 35, El Paso, Texas - assigned to the 507th Maintenance Company - Status changed from MIA/DUSTWUN (Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown) to killed in action. Chief Warrant Officer Mata was declared Missing in Action after an Iraqi ambush at Nasiriya on March 23, 2003.

SGT. FERNANDO PADILLA-RAMIREZ, 26, of Yuma, Arizona - assigned to the Marine Wing Support Squadron-371, Marine Wing Support Group-37, Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, Arizona - Status changed from MIA/DUSTWUN (Duty Status Whereabouts Unknown) to killed in action. Sgt. Padilla-Ramirez was delcared DUSTWUN after he was last seen conducting convoy operations in the vicinity of Al Nasiriyah on 28 March, 2003. His remains were identified on April 10, 2003.
