DEATH OF COL. SPALDING. We regret to learn that Col. Randolph Spalding died in this city yesterday morning, after a brief illness. He was a native of McIntosh county, and a more generous and kind-hearted man never lived. His numerous friends will sincerely mourn his loss, and many will miss his sympathy and open-hearted generosity.

FUNERAL INVITATION

The friends and acquaintances of the late Col. Randolph Salding and family, and those of James H. Graybill, Esq., are respectfully invited to attend the funeral of the former from the residence of the latter, corner of Oglethorpe street, fronting Oglethorpe Square, This morning at 11 o'clock.
