Cuban flavors in Charlestown

By Herald Staff

Tonight at 7:30, the Cuban Social Club sets the table for a free evening of music, food and slides at the Charlestown Branch Library, 179 Main St. A handful of local Cuban-Americans founded the club in 2002 with the idea of sharing their culture with others. Next week, singer Merida Castrillo and her trio will perform at the library along with the dance group La Pinata. Call 617-242-1248. - BOB YOUNG
