Cuban Strike Foreseen
Imminent Walkout Predicted at Castro Meeting Here

Dr. Manuel Urrutia Lleo, the Cuban exile who is Fidel Castro's choice for President, yesterday repeated the rebel leader's assertion that a general strike is imminent in Cuba.

Dr. Urrutia addressed a meeting of about 700 Castro supporters at the Belvedere Hotel, 319 West Forty-eight Street.

The meeting was sponsored by the New York Twenty-Sixth of July Movement, Exiled Committee.  It was held in honor of Senora Esterlina Milanes, a school teacher and heroine of the rebel movement.  She told of being tortured by Government forces for refusing to give them information about rebel military movements.

Miss Frances Grant, secretary-general of the Inter-American Association for Democracy and Freedom, told the meeting that her organization was supporting Castro.
