Costa Rica Ousts Cubans

SAN JOSE, Costa Rica, April 26 - President José Figueres has asked the Cuban Government to withdraw its military attaches here. It also has ordered the expulsion of a group of Cuban exiles who are said to be causing “difficulties.”
