Two Slain in Havana
Unidentified Youth Die in Gun Fight With Police

Special to The New York Times.

HAVANA, April 20--Two youths were killed tonight in a gun battle with the police in midtown Havana.  The two were said to have attempted to seize an automobile and to have been killed in an ensuing gun battle.  The youths have not been identified.

Government parties in the House of Representatives have protested against an attack in Miami on Dr. Rodolfo Masferrer, a Cuban Representative, by Cuban rebel sympathizers.

In a meeting last night parliamentary leaders resolved to send a message of protest to the United States Congress and to the Governor and Legislature of Florida.

The parliamentary leaders said Miami had become a center of conflict and conspiracy against the Cuban Government and the Cuban terrorists and gangsters were operating there with seeming immunity.
