HAVANA, Oct. 10--Four rebels were killed by Government troops in an encounter at Curajaya, near Santa Cruz del Sur on the southern coast of Camaguey Province, army headquarters here announced tonight.  Some arms and ammunition were captured.

Headquarters also said an army jet plane exploded on a flight near Camaguey.  The pilot, First Lieut. Hector Gonzalez Hernandez, was killed.

The action was announced while Cuba was celebrating the ninetieth anniversary of Grito de Yara, the proclamation of independence that marked the start of a ten-year war against Spain.

BELIZE, British Honduras, Oct. 10 (UPI)--Two naturalized United States citizens were ordered deported today for alleged complicity in the smuggling of arms for Fidel Castro's Cuban rebels.
