HAVANA, May 9. – Police late this afternoon raided the Honduran Consulate here and searched it thoroughly, but they reported finding no compromising documents or arms.

Dr. Arturo Garcia Ruz, brother in-law of Dr. Miguel Fernandez Belasco, who was Secretary of Communications under President Grau San Martin, was arrested tonight charged with complicity in anti-administration activities.

The military authorities officially denied today a report that a large sum of money, believed to be part of the $500,000 ransom paid in the Eutimo Falla Bonet kidnapping, had been found in possession of prisoners captured by an armed force at Murrillo fortress, near Matanzas, yesterday.

A suitcase in which American currency was said to have been found contained only documents and papers of Joven Cuba, a radical organization, the authorities said. No date has been set for the court-martial of the nine men and two women followers of Dr. Antonio Guiteras, former Secretary of the Interior, who were seized after Dr. Guiteras was slain in the fight.

Dr. José Ramon del Cueto, owner of the yacht Amalia which was seized in Matanzas Bay on suspicion that it had been used by the Guiteras group, was arrested today.
