The government this morning rested its case in the Cuban power conspiracy trial in federal court, and defense attorney Melvyn Greenspahn said he would put the organization’s spokesman, 41-year-old Dr. Orlando Bosch, on the stand.
Greenspahn said he would have about a dozen witnesses on the stand in the case of the nine Cuban exiles charged with plotting to bomb foreign ships.
The case is expected to go to the jury tomorrow. In four and a half days of testimony, the government produced 52 witnesses.
