Castro Backers Rally
50 Demonstrate Here Outside Headquarters of U.N.

        Fifty sympathizers of Premier Fidel Castro of Cuba defied rain yesterday to demonstrate outside the United Nations. The group, mostly Spanish-speaking, declined to identify themselves other than to say that they were latin Americans who opposed United States policies. There were no incidents.

        LOS ANGELES, April 16--About 100 pro-Castro demonstrators paraded in front of the Federal Building here last night carrying placards that charged the United States was responsible for rebel activity in Cuba. The demonstration was sponsored by the Fair Play for Cuba Committee of Los Angeles.
